About Us
The Roxbury Ambulance Association has provided Emergency Medical Services (EMS) since 1968. The membership is comprised of volunteer professionals who are all certified to at least the Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) level.
Advanced life support is provided through a regional paramedic program based at New Milford Hospital and shared with five other area towns. We currently operate two ambulances and a first responder vehicle, which also tows our rehab and equipment trailer.

As Emergency Medical Technicians, we have an opportunity to have a positive, meaningful, and lasting impact on life each time we respond to the call for help. Being an EMT and acting selflessly for those in need evokes a deep feeling of wellbeing, reward, and gratitude. Volunteering as an EMT changes lives- both ours and those we serve.
As volunteer EMT's we give countless hours to our Roxbury community. The volume of calls has been increasing year-after-year, and we have continually risen to the challenge. Our dedicated EMT's make a commitment each day to this town to answer the call of duty and give of their time. Now we ask you to support us in our mission with a financial donation.

We can purchase leading-edge equipment like our ambulances feature sophisticated medical technologies and equipment, including PowerLoad stretchers, LifePak 15 cardiac monitors, provide high level training to our EMT's and keep our two ambulances fully supplied and maintained.
